Loan Periods:
For two weeks: Children's books, adult books, new books, periodicals, juvenile holiday books, audio books, music CD's, MP3 audio players, Playaways, Adventure theme kits, and vertical file items.
For one week: VHS tapes, DVD's, toybrary items, AV equipment, and electronic learning aides.
For six weeks: bulk loan items.
Overdue Policy :
•Users with overdue items may not check out additional materials.
•Video cassettes, DVD's, AV equipment, toybrary items, and electronic learning aids have fines of $1 per day per title.
•All other materials' fines are 10¢ per day per title.
•Fines will not exceed $5 per title.

There is a limit of 20 total items per user. Other limits per user are :
•New fiction - limit 3
•Juvenile holiday books - limit 3
•Audio tapes - limit 5
•DVD's - limit 2
•VHS Videos - limit 5
•Music sound recordings - limit 2
Renewals:

•All of the following materials may not be renewed after initial check out: video cassettes, DVD's, toybrary items, music CD's, bulk loan items, and new books.
•All other materials may be renewed once after initial check out.
•To renew materials online, go to our Catalog page, click on My Account, and follow these instructions.

Waiting List (Holds):
•Books and materials may place on a waiting list, or on 'hold'.
•Books must be picked up within 3 days after notification.
•If item is not picked up, it will go to next person on the list.
•Holds may be placed in person, by phone, or online.
•Items on hold cannot be renewed.
•To place a hold online, visit our catalog page and follow these instructions.
